Beyoncé e Adele são favoritas aos principais prêmios; Lady Gaga e Metallica vão tocar juntos
Beyoncé e Adele vão disputar as principais categorias do Grammy 2017, na cerimônia que acontece neste domingo (12), no Staples Center, em Los Angeles. A maior premiação da indústria musical está marcada para começar às 23h (horário de Brasília).

Beyoncé, que lançou no ano passado o álbum "Lemonade", é a mais indicada deste ano, com nove categorias. Atrás dela, aparecem Drake, Rihanna e Kanye West, indicados a oito prêmios cada.

Com 62 nomeações ao longo dos anos, Beyoncé é a mulher mais indicada na história do Grammy. Beyoncé já tem 20 prêmios e é a primeira artista a ser nomeada nas categorias pop, rock, R&B; e rap em um mesmo ano.
A disputa entre Beyoncé e Adele acontecerá nas categorias mais importantes da noite: canção do ano, álbum do ano e gravação do ano.

O ator e apresentador de talk show britânico James Corden, cujo quadro "Carpool Karaoke" se tornou um fenômeno na internet, irá apresentar o prêmio pela primeira vez neste ano. Na festa vão acontecer também homenagens póstumas a Prince e George Michael.
Os brasileiros Caetano Veloso e Gilberto Gil concorrem na categoria Álbum de World Music com "Dois Amigos, Um Século De Música: Multishow Live". Outra indicação para brasileiros é na categoria Álbum de Jazz Latino, para "30", do Trio da Paz (Romero Lubambo, Nilson Matta e Duduka da Fonseca).
Shows na cerimônia
As principais indicadas, Beyoncé e Adele, também vão se apresentar ao vivo durante a cerimônia. Entre os outros shows mais esperados estão as parcerias entre Metallica e Lady Gaga e entre The Weeknd e Daft Punk, além da apresentação de Katy Perry, que deve cantar sua nova música, "Chained to the rhythm".
